General Information How do I know that my state, county or court will accept the Rocky Cologne's online traffic school program? Click on the New Students Register now button and it will lead you on through to see if your court has approved Rocky Cologne's online traffic school program. If I just got cited recently by a police officer, what do I do? First of all, wait to receive your paperwork from the court they will mail you a courtesy notice in about 2-3 weeks after you get cited. The courtesy notice will inform you of the bail amount (fine), and the administrative fee (they call it a "processing fee" you have to pay, IF you're eligible for traffic school). Processing fees varies from court to court. then you must pay for the ticket, as well as your traffic school eligibility fee (processing fee). Pay the required fees by your courts payment due date. You must take care of this first. Then you are ready to do your online traffic school. If your not eligible for traffic school, it will say so, on the paper work you receive from the court. There is one exception, San Diego County courts will require that the student pay for their ticket AND complete traffic school at the same time. The San Diego County court in the city you got cited will send you a notice regarding this policy. I already paid the court my fine, why do I have to pay again for traffic school? Every court charges a "processing fee" to allow you to attend traffic school. This is separate from our fee. You must pay this "processing fee" to the court, or the court will not accept your certificate of completion.. All traffic schools including Internet courses and classroom courses will charge separate additional fees, no matter what school you go to. How much is it to take Rocky Cologne's online traffic school course? The total price is $20.00 (depending on the state your in) including tax, 24-hour certificate processing. Most courts, for an additional charge, you may choose to have your certificate delivery expedited with 2-Day mailing or Fedex Overnight options. We offer a Certified mailing option for most courts as well, if you so choose. Take notice of your courts specific certificate issues in our certificate policy or when you register for our course. It's not necessary to Fedex overnight or 2 day mail, but if you would like it, we offer it to you. How long does this course take, a few hours, one hour, days, months??? A lot of other online schools put time constraints on their programs (where if you go to fast it will send you back to the beginning of the course), we dont' put time on constraints our program. Our program is self-paced. You can take your time if you want. If you're a fast reader, you go faster, if you're a slow reader, like me, you can go slower. It's best though to take your time and "get" all the material, it will help you when you have to take the test at the end.You can review the course material while you are taking the quizzes and final test. That's cool isn't it? Do I have to take the test all at once or can I stop and come back later and finish it? You can take it all at once if you want, but it's not necessary. This course is self-paced, you can finish it during one sitting or you can stop come back to where you left off when your ready. If your deadline is coming up and have to get it done right away, you can. If you have a long time left before your due date, then you can take your time, whatever you prefer. If your due date with the court is coming up soon, we definitely suggest that you sen the certificate by 2-Day mailing or FedEx Overnight delivery.Please dont' take chances with your certificate when it comes to getting it to the court on time. If you have received your citation through Alameda, Butte, Mariposa, Napa, Riverside, San Mateo, Santa Cruz, Stanislaus or Tuolumne counties, Federal Express and Certified mailing options are not available at this time. These courts require Rocky Cologne's online traffic school to contract with a third party agency, Coordinated Court Services (CCS). All certificate related questions should be requested to CCS, directly just call Winson Chu at 888-647-3926. I want to take the course online but I don't use credit cards. what other options do I have? At this time we only accept credit card or debit card. For an additional charge, we will send your certificate certified mail to the court. You will receive a document from the post office, signed and dated from the court, stating that they have received your certificate of completion. You can choose this option when you pay for the course during registration. You can also have your certificate sent via Federal Express overnight mail. Please make sure you check your courts certificate specifications in the certificate policy when you register for the course. Can I fail the course? Whatever course you choose, whether it is a classroom, on-line traffic school, you have to take and pass a test. It is unlikely, that you will fail. Our course, you have advantage of reviewing all course material before and during the answering of any questions. The answers to every question is within the course material.
